During this time, Brady consistently secured favorable outcomes for clients in intricate and high-stakes litigation cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes.

For the first decade of his career, Brady was an associate and partner with the formidable statewide litigation firm of Smith, Sovik, Kendrick & Sugnet, PC, where he established his reputation as a tenacious, hard-hitting advocate willing to take verdicts, even in exceedingly difficult cases. More recently, as a partner in the Manhattan office of Brody O’Connor & O’Connor, Esqs., Brady’s practice was devoted to complex, multi-million-dollar construction accident lawsuits throughout the five boroughs of New York City. While downstate, he was twice cited by the New York Times as a “Rising Star”—one of the 2.5% of lawyers under 40 in the New York Metro area.
