Andrew Prindle is a Client Advocate at Nave Law Firm, where he helps potential clients understand their options, connect with the right legal team, and take the first step toward getting help.
Andrew brings a strong background in service, discipline, and crisis response to his role. His experience in the United States Air Force, along with his work as an EMT, shaped the way he supports people during stressful and uncertain moments. He understands that when someone reaches out to a law firm, they may be overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. His role is to listen, provide clarity, and help clients make informed decisions about retaining the firm.
As a Client Advocate, Andrew is often one of the first people a client speaks with. He takes that responsibility seriously. He believes every person deserves to be treated with respect, honesty, fairness, and kindness, no matter what situation brought them to the firm.
Andrew’s approach is calm, direct, and detail-focused. He helps clients move from confusion to clarity by explaining the process, answering questions, and making sure they understand the next step. His goal is to make people feel heard, supported, and prepared as they decide how to move forward.

I do this work because people deserve support when life feels uncertain. Many clients contact us during one of the most stressful moments they have ever faced. My goal is to listen, be honest, explain things clearly, and help them take the next step with confidence.
