With over 13 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in marketing and design, Aimée Tarin plays a key role in shaping Nave Law’s operational and client experience strategy. Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer, she oversees the firm’s administrative performance — including finance, accounts receivable, case management, social media, and process development.
Aimée is passionate about creating systems that serve people, not the other way around. She’s committed to ensuring every client who walks through the door is treated with dignity, care, and respect — while supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the firm.
Known for her upbeat energy and eye for detail, Aimée brings both structure and heart to everything she touches — helping move the firm forward with clarity, purpose, and genuine care for its people and clients alike.
