Aimée Tarin

Aimée Tarin serves as Nave Law’s Chief Impact Officer, leading the firm’s non-legal operations, culture, and firmwide execution. With more than 13 years of experience spanning operations, client experience, marketing, and systems development, she partners directly with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the firm runs with clarity, consistency, and purpose.

In her role, Aimée oversees administrative operations including billing and accounts receivable, internal systems and technology, facilities, vendor management, and firmwide project execution through the Legal Management Committee. She acts as the connective tissue across departments, translating strategy into action, tracking progress, and ensuring initiatives are documented, aligned, and completed. Her work strengthens cohesion, accountability, and follow-through across the organization

She leads employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, internal communications, and community initiatives, ensuring the firm’s culture is lived, not just stated.
