What is the one thing clients say they love about you?
That I am effective and to the point when discussing options or answering questions. If I know that answer then and there, there is no reason to beat around the bush and give them a watered-down version of the answer. Instead, they get the truth up-front and clear. I believe it is appreciated when I truthfully say I don’t have an answer to your question, but I will follow-up with you later with the answer.
If you could do one thing better with client relations, what would it be?
Sometimes I wish there could be more hours in the day to make sure everything gets done earlier rather than later.
Why do you love working here?
I love working at Nave & Associates because everyone involved in making this machine work never gives up on their objectives. Our staff is second-to-none; they are planners, organizers, facilitators, and problem solvers. I see an unbelievable amount of effort and zeal towards accomplishing the tasks at hand daily. I am humbled by the amazing people who orbit this office every day to make sure that our clients receive the quality representation they deserve. I appreciate everything they do so that I can focus and do my job to the best of my ability. I love working here because of the people who put in countless hours to make sure this Firm operates as great as it does.
If you were to change one problem with the criminal justice system, what would it be?
If I could change one problem with the criminal justice system, I would make it necessary for any officer of the law, in addition to academy training and continued enforcement training, to have at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree not only in Criminal Justice but in application and effect of enforcement policies and behaviors.
