About Taylor Procopio
Taylor L. Procopio, Esq. is an Associate Attorney in the Syracuse office in the areas of Real Estate Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Trusts and Estates.
Taylor has years of commercial and residential real estate experience. She has handled several closings, landlord and tenant disputes and nonpayment proceedings. She has also drafted and negotiated commercial and residential leases.
Taylor also has years of litigation experience in real estate, labor and employment and personal injury cases. She has argued in front of several Supreme Court judges across New York State, and has drafted countless motions and appellate briefs. She has also handled several mediations and arbitrations for her clients.
Lastly, Taylor has extensive experience in drafting estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. In addition to estate planning, she has also been involved in the estate administration process.
She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the Onondaga County Bar Association. She also serves as a volunteer arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of Syracuse City Court.
Taylor’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
