Why Do I Do What I Do?
At times in life, good people make mistakes, and bad things can happen. I am part of a focused team that has the opportunity, experience, and education to fight so that this mistake does not define them. My role allows me to relate to a wide spectrum of individuals within their own unique situations. My gift to build rapport and educate others creates an understanding and helps ease some of the anxiety clients may feel during what can be one of the most stressful times in their lives.
When I speak with people, it’s a very vulnerable and scary time for the individual, and understanding this with empathy creates trust. Knowing that I’m helping someone in need and helping changing lives for the better, makes my role incredibly rewarding.
